What happens if I change my mind after I place my order?

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after they have been placed. Orders cannot be canceled outside the 24-hour window.

If I am not satisfied with my purchase, can my order be returned?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. In the event that you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges on products for equal value or store credit. Products must not be worn or altered in any way. This includes any shampooing, finger combing, or brushing of any curly/wavy products. Please email: info@texturlosophy.co to start the exchange process.

How soon will I get my order?

Packages are shipped via USPS. Considering there are no delays with USPS, products are shipped Monday through Friday, and processing and shipping take 7-10 business days.

Do you offer discounts for cosmetology students or instructors?

We do not currently offer specific group discounts, but you can subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to hear about special offers.

Can I buy Texturlosophy products wholesale?

Texturlosophy prides itself on providing exceptional products to the clients that trust us to fulfill their hair needs. In order to ensure consistent product quality and customer experiences, Texturlosophy does not offer wholesale opportunities, nor do we permit the resale of our products.

How do you install Texturlosophy extensions?

There are so many options and that’s what we love. You can sew it, clip-in, or simply pop it on if made into a unit.

Is there a Texturlosophy recommended stylists list?

While we do not currently provide stylist recommendations, we encourage you to seek out stylists near you who have experience with natural hair and natural extensions.

Can Texturlosophy hair be colored?

Absolutely! Coloring your Texturlosophy hair may be beneficial to achieve your preferred look, as our extensions are offered in natural dark tones without color adjustments. Extensions should be colored before they are installed, after completing the strand test to ensure correct coloring. It is important to remember that, like natural hair, extensions can be weakened and/or undergo a texture change when being treated with strong chemicals (bleach, some hair dyes, etc.). We suggest that a professional stylist specializing in color perform any coloring on Texturlosophy hair. Because of the potential changes to the extensions due to coloring, we also recommend that you deep condition color-treated extensions as often as possible.

Can I use heat on Texturlosophy hair?

Yes! The flexibility of our products allows for a myriad of styling options, including straightening and styling with heat. It is important to remember that, as with natural hair, heat can alter curl patterns or damage hair, so you and/or your stylist should limit how often heat is applied to your extensions and always use a heat protectant.

Can I swim in my Texturlosophy hair?

Keeping in mind that chlorine and saltwater can possibly cause drying and/or tangling effects on all hair, both natural and extensions, you can swim in your Texturlosophy hair, but a fitted swim cap is highly recommended.

I have more than one curl pattern. Which texture should I choose?

Our suggestion is to match your Texturlosophy hair as closely as possible to the curl pattern of your own that will be most visible and/or left out.

Do you have samples available?

Currently, we do not offer samples for testing nor for purchase.

How many bundles should I buy?

For a full install, we recommend two bundles of hair for lengths shorter than 18” and three bundles for lengths of 18” and longer since extensions with longer lengths usually have shorter wefts.

There are no refunds, however, store credit is available for products returned in sale condition. The product must not be finger-combed, picked, brushed, cut, colored, washed, co-washed, flat-ironed, or chemically processed. The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
